TapSumé helps professionals create and share digital business cards for networking, events, and professional connections. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Your Account

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use TapSumé
• Accurate Information: Provide truthful and current information on your digital business card
• Account Security: Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access
• One Account: Maintain only one account per person

Card Content

Content Standards

Your digital business card content must be:

• Professional and appropriate for networking
• Accurate and not misleading
• Respectful to others
• Free from offensive or illegal material

Prohibited Content

• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• False or misleading professional information
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Spam or promotional content unrelated to professional networking

Service Usage

Acceptable Use

• Use TapSumé for legitimate professional networking and business card sharing
• Respect other users' privacy and card visibility settings
• Use custom usernames appropriately and professionally
• Report inappropriate content or behavior

Prohibited Activities

• Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection
• Attempting to hack or compromise our systems
• Creating fake cards or impersonating others
• Using the service for illegal activities
• Circumventing usage limits or restrictions

Subscription and Billing

• Subscription Plans: Various plans with different features for digital business cards
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually in advance
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime; service continues until end of billing period
• Refunds: Pro-rated refunds for unused annual subscription time
• Price Changes: We'll notify you 30 days before any price increases

Privacy and Data

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, files, etc.). By using TapSumé, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content as part of the service.

TapSumé's Property

TapSumé's technology, design, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We may temporarily suspend accounts that violate these terms
• Features may be added, modified, or discontinued with notice

Limitation of Liability

TapSumé provides the service "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for:

• Indirect damages from service use
• Content posted by other users
• Loss of data due to technical issues
• Career outcomes or networking results

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Termination

By You

Delete your account anytime through your dashboard settings. Your data will be removed within 30 days.

By TapSumé

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for legal reasons. We'll provide notice when possible.

Dispute Resolution

For any disputes:

1. Contact us first at support@tapsume.com to resolve the issue
2. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration
3. Arbitration will be conducted under rules of the American Arbitration Association
4. These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country]

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
